E&T Consulting offers a customized approach to social impact initiatives. We will partner with you to figure out the right and most effective way to support your efforts.
Facilitation
We are experienced facilitators of youth and adult groups of all sizes. We combine content delivery with engaging activities and discussion. Topics can include identity and the cycle of socialization, challenging white dominant culture, defining DEI, team building with purpose, and many more.
Youth Development
Our hearts are in youth work and we have over 20 years of combined experience working directly with young people. We can provide facilitation for youth and/or for people who work with youth centering relationship-building, behavior support, adolescent development, team building, and more. We are also experienced in curriculum development for youth programming.
Policies & Systems
We recognize the need for change at the policy and system level and can support you in dismantling, restructuring, and creating policies, procedures and processes that center equity.
Intercultural Development Inventory
We are Qualified Administrators of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). We partner with Portage Partners Consulting to provide a racial equity centered approach to the IDI.
