Emma and Tyjuan are passionate about playing an intentional role in breaking down systems of oppression. Their lived experiences and previous youth development work fuels their desire for liberation. They believe collective liberation is attainable and necessary.

E&T are partners in this work and in life. They discuss, learn, unlearn, and strategize ways to facilitate change at their kitchen table with ambition, joy, and unfiltered rage. While they agree on most things, their different upbringings and experiences prompt opportunities to practice empathy and seeing things from a different perspective.
